These terms apply to your use of this website. Your hire agreement itself is a separate contract between you and Direct Vehicle Lease.
Direct Vehicle Lease hires vehicles directly to its customers. We own the vehicles we supply and your agreement is with us. There is no third-party lender, funder or finance provider involved, and we receive no commission from anyone. We do not carry out credit checks; hire is subject to an affordability assessment.
Rentals shown on this site are indicative and are not an offer of hire. They depend on vehicle availability and on our affordability assessment, and can change without notice.
A quote is confirmed only when we issue a hire agreement. Until then, nothing shown here is binding on either of us.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
