Five stages
Leasing has a reputation for being opaque, and most of that reputation is earned. Here is every stage of ours written out, including the parts that take longer than anyone would like.
Browse what we have, set the contract length and mileage that match how you actually drive, and see the rental change as you go. When something fits, send the application. It takes a few minutes and commits you to nothing.
Once your application is approved we move to secure the vehicle. Anything already in stock can be held for you the same day. Factory orders go in against the manufacturer build slot, and we tell you the expected date rather than a vague window.
We walk you through the agreement before anything is signed: the rental, the initial payment, the mileage limit and what happens if you go over it. Ask as many questions as you like at this stage. It is far cheaper than asking them later.
The vehicle is prepared, checked and delivered. Stock vehicles usually land within days of the paperwork clearing. Factory orders follow the build schedule, and we pass on updates as we get them rather than leaving you guessing.
The agreement runs for years, so the relationship should too. Servicing is handled through your account if you took a package, and when the contract is winding down we will talk you through the end-of-lease inspection well before it happens.
Every application is looked at on its own merits and is subject to an affordability assessment and identity checks. Sending one does not mean you will be accepted, and we would rather say that here than imply otherwise. You will need to be 18 or over, hold a valid UK driving licence and be resident in the UK. We own the vehicles and hire them to you directly, so there is no lender, no credit search and no commission — we assess affordability from the documents you send us.
Have a look at what is available, or talk to someone first. Either is fine.
