How we are paid

We own the vehicles we hire out. You pay us directly, there is no lender or finance company in the middle, and nobody pays us a commission. What you see on the page is what the vehicle costs.

That arrangement is standard across the industry. What matters is that it does not quietly steer the advice, which is why our people are not paid more for placing you with one vehicle over another.

What we will tell you

• When leasing is the wrong answer. If you drive 4,000 miles a year and keep cars for a decade, buying outright will almost certainly cost you less.
• When a different profile saves you money. Moving from 36 to 48 months, or from three upfront rentals to nine, often does more than haggling over the headline figure.
• When the lead time is bad. A four-month wait is a four-month wait, and no amount of optimism at order stage changes it.

Where we operate

We arrange vehicles for personal and business customers across mainland Great Britain, with free delivery to your home or work address. Northern Ireland and the islands can usually be arranged, though a delivery charge may apply.
