Do I own the car at the end?

No. You hand it back. There is no option to purchase on a personal contract hire agreement, which is the main difference from a PCP.

Do you run a credit check?

No. We own the vehicles and hire them to you directly, so there is no lender and no credit search. We assess affordability from the documents you send us — usually recent payslips or bank statements — and nothing we do is recorded on your credit file.

Can I add a second driver?

Yes, as long as they are insured on the vehicle. The agreement stays in your name and you remain responsible for it.

What if my circumstances change?

Tell us early. Depending on how far into the contract you are, options include a mileage adjustment, an early settlement figure, or in some cases transferring the agreement. None of these are free, but the earlier you ask the cheaper it usually is.

You rent the vehicle for a fixed term at a fixed monthly figure, then give it back. Road tax and the manufacturer warranty are included for the whole contract. Insurance, fuel and charging are not.

Every rental on this site includes VAT when you are browsing as a personal customer, so the number on the card is the number that leaves your account.
